All influencers, creators, and affiliate partners are expected to adhere to campaign guidelines. Herbulence will not be held liable for inaccurate content published by creators or any damages resulting from campaign misrepresentation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Herbulence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes delays, technical errors, or platform issues.
5. Accountability for Creators
Creators participating in campaigns must ensure authenticity and compliance with advertising regulations. Failure to follow FTC guidelines or platform-specific ad policies may result in removal from the platform.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
